Membership in the USM Alumni Association is free to anyone who is a graduate of USM or any of its predecessor institutions. Upon verification of degree, graduates are automatically enrolled into the Association. There are no enrollment forms to complete, and information from the Association is sent from this community and through direct mail. The USM Alumni Association strives to offer meaningful programs and benefits to its members. The following benefits are available for all USM alumni:
Don't forget to obtain your Alumni Card, which will allow you access to the University Libraries, fitness facilities, copying and printing services and more. This card also serves as your identification for athletic and arts events on campus.
Discounted insurance rates through Liberty Mutual:
USM graduates are eligible for great savings in home, auto, life, renters
insurance and more through Liberty Mutual. Liberty Mutual returns a portion
of profit for each policy directly to USM to help fund alumni programming. To

Bank of America offers a competitive rate and great features with this affinity

Membership at University Credit Union is available to all USM alumni.

Discounted tickets to USM Athletic Games:
USM's Athletic department offers alums a discount of $1.00 off the regular ticket
price to any Huskies athletic game. To take advantage of this discount, please
obtain your Alumni Card from any of our three campuses.

Discounts to USM Arts Events:
USM alumni are able to attend School of Music and Department of Theatre events for a special discount. To take advantage of this discount, you must first register for an Alumni Card. Please be prepared to present the card when purchasing tickets at the door.
USM Library Access:
USM alumni are able to use all three University Libraries and check out books using their alumni card. Please note that at this time, alumni do not have access to student databases. All public computers and databases are available in each location.
USM Fitness Center Memberships:
USM alumni and their spouses are eligible for discounted memberships at the Sullivan Recreation & Fitness complex and the Costello Sports Complex Fitness Center in Gorham. Rates are very competitive, but are subject to change. For more information, please contact :
